Product is fit and ready for installation. |

Hiraoka 104T cover: with the same guarantee and qualities as our standard cover, this material has a larger colour selection. Full zinc coating: provides an outside zinc coating to steel to prevent help against rust and corrosion Hot-dip galvanizing: similar to a full zinc coating, this provides a more thorough coating to help prevent against rust and corrosion, as steel is immersed in a zinc bath, coating the outside as well as the inside of the steel. Stainless Steels are iron-based alloys that contain chromium, which combines with oxygen to form an invisible protective film on the surface and blocks corrosion from spreading into the steel’s internal structure. Stainless steel does not stain, corrode, or rust as easily as ordinary steel, however it is not entirely stainless. We offer the following: Stainless Steel 304 grade – a high resistance to rust and corrosion. Stainless Steel 316 marine grade – a high resistance to rust and corrosion with an increased resistance to chloride, e.g. found in seawater. |
When hot-dip galvanising is selected, the powder coating finish is not as consistent as when used on pre-galvanised steel, and is often not opted for.
